Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Our processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods and associated costs will be clearly displayed at checkout, based on your selected delivery address and the items in your cart. We are proud to offer Flat Rate Shipping on many orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States, including to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and all US territories. Please note that delivery times may be longer for addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it was placed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Don’t worry—there are no extra shipping charges for this, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packing your items, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. For lost packages, please allow for the carrier’s standard investigation time before contacting us, and we will be happy to assist you.
